The Specialist, Marketing Automation will oversee and implement all automated marketing campaigns for TPH including leading the strategy and tactical development and deployment of automated channels. This role will contribute to the definition, development and implementation of an effective customer journey through marketing automation execution to ensure an optimal customer experience.


Design, execute and optimize a range of automated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. Be the in-house expert on the marketing automation platform in order to build campaigns, test and analyze workflow, generate leads, test, track and measure results. Review existing customer journeys and marketing campaigns across the business identify areas for improvement and areas to automate. Deliver a steady stream of qualified leads to the sales organization for TPH. Work closely with the BI team to ensure all relevant platforms communicate with each other for a flawless and effective customer journey. Implement lead, nurture and retention scoring practices to enable higher quality conversions. Segmenting audiences and conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion and results. Reporting on all campaigns and making changes where necessary. Working cross-functionally and collaboratively to execute marketing campaigns and ensure campaigns achieve company goals.


5 to 7 years of related experience leading marketing automation platforms, ideally within a B2B environment. Excellent email marketing, CRM and Marketing Automation solutions experience is essential, usage of Dynamics CRM, MailChimp, ClickDimensions and DotDigital are an asset. Strong analytical mindset, highly organized and a strong degree of attention to detail. HTML/CSS is an asset.
