ACCOUNTABILITY


The Communications & Partnerships will lead the strategic aspects of internal and external communications, partnerships and social media at TPH. This role will contribute to the definition, development, and implementation of branded and product content as well as development of social media strategies, supporting campaigns, PR and relevant partnerships with the creative community.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Create, write, and edit online and offline content that helps drive engagement, leads, traffic, and guide and inspire our audience into action on the following channels: print, web, emails, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, PR, newsletters and social media. Oversee internal and external communications and ensure that positioning is clear, engaging, and consistent with the TPH brand voice.

Accountable for the content marketing strategy, editorial and distribution plan and calendar in line with marketing and overall business objectives. Develop editorial governance so content is consistent with TPH brand voice, style and tone. Visit TPH Branch locations to share our unique capabilities with the employees and the market. Measure and optimize content to drive continuous improvement and test for conversion.

Execute the Social Media strategy including overseeing campaign planning, community management, reporting and insights. Manage and grow TPH's social presence and engage with audiences on: TPH Blog, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Google and Yelp including daily monitoring, posting, responding to reviews and customer inquiries. Have a strong understanding of best in class social marketing, new tools / software, and the desire and ability to develop a best in class program, with a passion for ongoing self-education on developments within the marketing channel. Work with outside vendors to create, monitor and optimize paid social advertising that drives traffic and revenue.
Other content, copy, social and community engagement related duties and responsibilities as required.

Develop partnership programs and events, and manage national level partnerships that engage
our target audience and influence acquisition.


QUALIFICATIONS


8-10 years of related work experience in relevant communications, content marketing
and/or partnership management role, ideally within a B2B environment.
Previous proven business results driving the content strategy for a mid- to large-sized
business.
Ability to establish and execute overall direction and strategic marketing initiatives.
Capable of making complex decisions under schedule and performance pressure while driving
internal and external organizations to execute those decisions in a timely manner.
Well versed at handling marketing details and can easily flex from decision making to hands
on as required.
Ability to manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders and be a
strategic influencer and thoughtful negotiator.
Presents a confident and consistent approach and always leaves a positive impression, even
when dealing with difficult issues.
Absolutely unquestioned personal ethics/integrity/honesty and the willingness to demand
the same from his/her peers.
Creativity is encouraged and your passion will shine through the TPH brand.
University degree in marketing, communications or journalism with an MBA as an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
